


I. Quality Inspection on Arrival
1. After the machined parts arrive, check for errors, welds and burrs according to the
drawings
2. After the bed and machined parts are sprayed, check the surface spraying at the factory
to see if there is uneven spraying and whether the putty is leveled.
II. Bench Assembly
1. Scrape and remove burrs on the bed and gantry guide rail rack surface and send for
inspection
2. The straightness of the guide rail rack requires 5 threads and the flatness requires 10
threads and send for inspection
3. The smoothness of the gantry’s forward and backward movement when the reducer is
not installed and send for inspection
4. The smoothness of the machine head’s left and right movement when the reducer is not
installed and send for inspection
5. The straightness of the lead screw is 5 threads and the flatness is 5 threads and send
for inspection
6. Whether the screws in the reducer are tight, and whether the gear keys and screws are
installed
7. Randomly check whether the screws of the whole machine are loose and whether there
are broken taps that have not been removed. After confirmation, mark all screws with a
marker
III. Electrical assembly
1. All electrical components in the electrical box are placed horizontally and vertically
2. Are the exposed wires wrapped with winding tubes?
3. Are there any wires that are not compressed?
4. Clean the electrical box before leaving the electrical room
5. Ensure that the inner wires of the drag chain are neat when the bed is powered
6. Remove the stickers on the wires after the bed is powered
IV. Adjust the test machine
1. The drawing error of the XY axis of all machines cannot exceed 20 wires. There should
be no vibration marks on the cutting square and circle. Send for inspection
2. After the machine is qualified, debug the sound and smoothness of all cylinders
3. Arrange the length of the air pipe. The exposed ones need to be covered with threaded
pipes and tied with cable ties
4. High-speed running-in shall not be less than 2 hours
5. Check the adsorption pressure of the table. The pressure shall not be less than 0.08 when all are opened
6. Check the random accessories and take photos for preservation
7. All labels are horizontally and vertically
V. Appearance quality inspection
1. Check whether the whole machine is clean and scrape the putty and touch up the paint
on the bumped parts
2. Use thinner to clean the parts that are stained during the touch-up process
VI. Delivery quality inspection
1. Before packaging, all square rail racks and spindles need to be brushed with anti-rust
oil
2. Whether the rope is tied firmly
