- Bench Assembly
- Scrape and remove burrs on the bed and gantry guide rail rack surface and send for inspection
- The straightness of the guide rail rack requires 5 threads and the flatness requires 10 threads and send for inspection
- The smoothness of the gantry's forward and backward movement when the reducer is not installed and send for inspection
- The smoothness of the machine head's left and right movement when the reducer is not installed and send for inspection

III. Electrical assembly
- All electrical components in the electrical box are placed horizontally and vertically

- High-speed running-in shall not be less than 2 hours
- Check the adsorption pressure of the table. The pressure shall not be less than 0.08 when all are opened

- Daily maintenance precautions
- Before starting the machine every day, check whether the air source pressure is above 6Mpa, and then operate the machine to start working
- Before going to work every day, check the incoming line of the distribution box first, ensure that it is correct and safe, then turn on the power and start the machine, and perform production operations according to the correct operating steps.
- Clean the dust and impurities on the track in time before starting the machine every day to ensure the overall cleanliness of the machine.
- After cleaning every day, open the oil filling system to ensure that there is oil on the track of each axis, and check whether the oil pot is filled with oil (filled with No. 46 lubricating oil).
- After get off work every day, press the green button on the left side of the 9KW spindle to manually remove the tool handle, and press the green button again the next day to put it back on the spindle.
- Before using the water-cooled vacuum pump every day, check whether there is enough water. It is best to ensure that the water level is at the position of the filter.
- Weekly maintenance precautions
- Dust the power distribution cabinet every week, blow away the dust with an air gun (no water), the driver, inverter, switch power supply, AC contactor, relay and system wiring board are the key cleaning electrical components, check whether the connection line of the electrical components is loose, the wire ends are falling off, and timely discovery and timely treatment.
- Check whether the Latin on the tool holder of the tool magazine of the machining center is loose every week, and tighten it in time.
- Check whether the pressure regulating screw on the cylinder rod of the tool magazine is loose every week, and tighten it in time. After starting the machine in winter, turn on the spindle and let the spindle preheat from low speed to high speed for 3-5 minutes.
- Correct the workpiece origin of the machine system once a week, check whether the front and back grooves and holes on the positioning cylinder are accurate, and correct the error in time if it is too large.
- Monthly maintenance precautions
- Drain the water stored in the water tank and pump body of the water-cooled vacuum pump every month, and clean the sludge and impurities in the water tank.
- Check whether the screws of the fixed limit switch are loose every month, and tighten and correct them in time.
- Check the hydraulic oil of the lifting platform every month. If it is low, add M46# hydraulic oil in time.
- Other maintenance precautions
- Every time you change the knife on the spindle nut, clean the dust in the inner thread to avoid the knife vibrating during high-speed rotation, which will cause sawtooth phenomenon in the cutting. When putting the knife on, first turn it manually for a few turns to ensure that the thread position matches before tightening it with a wrench. At the same time, avoid the thread misalignment that makes it impossible to disassemble after tightening.
- For the cutting machine with drill pack, the manufacturer's specified grease brand (German Kluber ISOFLE-TOPASL-32) must be used. The drill pack should be filled with grease every 20 working days (two shots with a standard oil gun each time). When the workshop temperature is below zero in winter, the drill pack needs to be preheated for 3 minutes before starting. It is strictly forbidden to use other brands of grease for filling. Do not add too much grease for drill maintenance. The original special grease must be used, otherwise it will cause the drill pack motor to burn out: the damage of the drill pack caused by wrong use and over-addition is not covered by warranty; after the grease is used up, contact our company's after-sales department in time to purchase regular grease.
- If it is water vacuum pump:
Before turning on the vacuum pump in winter, turn the fan to see if it can rotate. If it can't rotate, don't turn on the pump first. Melt the ice on the water tank and pump body first, and then test run. In winter, the water in the water tank must be drained before leaving get off work every day. There are 3 screws on the lower side of the pump body to loosen, and the pump body is tilted 45 degrees to drain the water. Or add antifreeze to avoid freezing the next day. Special attention: When the temperature in the factory is below 0 degrees, you must strictly follow the vacuum pump maintenance precautions to drain water or add antifreeze. The requirements must be followed, otherwise the vacuum pump will freeze and cause the vacuum pump motor to burn out.
If it is air vacuum pump:
(1)Before use, be sure to check the circuit and wiring method to avoid phase loss or unstable voltage, which may burn the motor. Or add a phase loss protector, which can protect the motor when the voltage is unstable and prevent the motor from burning. The pressure relief valve has been adjusted when the product leaves the factory. It is strictly forbidden to arbitrarily change the product and the wiring method when it leaves the factory.
(2)Clean the air filter element every 5-7 days, or cause the suction force to drop insufficiently to prevent waste from entering the pump and damaging the bearings. The bearings are consumable parts of the vacuum pump.
(3).Note: Due to environmental and climate changes, the voltage cannot reach 380v. If the voltage is lower than 360v, the pump continues to operate and the pump temperature rises rapidly. Overheating will cause the motor to burn. It is recommended to add a phase loss protector to protect the motor from burning when the voltage is unstable.
 (4).Note: Please clean the wooden pin garbage on the pump at any time to avoid causing the pump to not dissipate heat and heat up, which may seriously burn the vacuum pump and burn the bearings.
- All equipment (including vacuum pumps and vacuum cleaners) must be connected to the ground wire when connected to the power, and ensure effective grounding.
- It is recommended to install a voltage stabilizer in the production workshop to prevent damage to electrical components due to unstable voltage and affect production.
