1. how to connect well for ground wire?
Need to put one Iron rod inserted into the soil,better about 1.5m deep in soil,and connect the ground wire at the top of iron rod.The soil needs to be wet,add some salt water.
2. how to check if y axis rack and pinion have backlash?
When the machine power on,take off y axis one side power cable.If you take off left y axis power cable,push the left side gantry by hand,check the gear if can return to the former position,if yes,it turn out not have backlash.X axis same condition.
3. How about check if install y axis motor suitable loose and tight?
When the machine power off,one person push the y axis,if can move,prove installation is ok.If use less strength to move,need to tighten the y axis motor.If difficult to move,and have the noisy,need to loose the driver.
4. how to lock the foot mat?
When install the foot mat,better not set high height for the foot mat,and and also need the upper screw to lock it.
5. how to easily know if the machine put level?
Set the machine high idle speed such as 30m/min,and touch the machine front table side metal part by hand,if feel vibration,it means the machine table is not level.
