Gratter et \u00e9liminer les bavures sur la surface du lit et de la cr\u00e9maill\u00e8re du rail de guidage du portique et envoyer en<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>contr\u00f4le<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. La rectitude de la cr\u00e9maill\u00e8re du rail de guidage n\u00e9cessite 5 filets et la plan\u00e9it\u00e9 n\u00e9cessite 10<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>filets et envoyer pour inspection<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. La fluidit\u00e9 du mouvement avant et arri\u00e8re du portique lorsque le r\u00e9ducteur est en marche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>non install\u00e9 et envoyer pour inspection<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. La fluidit\u00e9 du mouvement gauche et droit de la t\u00eate de la machine lorsque le r\u00e9ducteur n'est pas en marche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>install\u00e9 et envoy\u00e9 pour inspection<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. La rectitude de la vis-m\u00e8re est de 5 filets et la plan\u00e9it\u00e9 est de 5 filets et envoyer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>pour inspection<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. V\u00e9rifier si les vis du r\u00e9ducteur sont bien serr\u00e9es et si les clavettes et les vis de l'engrenage sont bien en place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>install\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. V\u00e9rifier au hasard si les vis de l'ensemble de la machine sont desserr\u00e9es et s'il y a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>sont des robinets cass\u00e9s qui n'ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 enlev\u00e9s. Apr\u00e8s confirmation, marquez toutes les vis avec un<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>marqueur<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>III. Assemblage \u00e9lectrique<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Tous les composants \u00e9lectriques de l'armoire \u00e9lectrique sont plac\u00e9s horizontalement et verticalement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Les fils expos\u00e9s sont-ils envelopp\u00e9s de tubes d'enroulement ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Y a-t-il des fils qui ne sont pas comprim\u00e9s ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Nettoyer le bo\u00eetier \u00e9lectrique avant de quitter le local \u00e9lectrique<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Veillez \u00e0 ce que les fils int\u00e9rieurs de la cha\u00eene de tra\u00eenage soient nets lorsque le lit est aliment\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Retirez les autocollants sur les fils apr\u00e8s que le lit a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis sous tension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IV. R\u00e9glage de la machine d'essai<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. L'erreur de dessin de l'axe XY de toutes les machines ne doit pas d\u00e9passer 20 fils. Il doit y avoir<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ne pas pr\u00e9senter de traces de vibration sur le carr\u00e9 et le cercle de coupe. Envoyer pour inspection<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Apr\u00e8s la qualification de la machine, v\u00e9rifier le son et la souplesse de tous les cylindres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. D\u00e9terminer la longueur du tuyau d'air. Les parties expos\u00e9es doivent \u00eatre recouvertes de tuyaux filet\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>et attach\u00e9s avec des colliers de serrage<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Le rodage \u00e0 grande vitesse ne doit pas \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 2 heures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. V\u00e9rifier la pression d'adsorption du tableau. La pression ne doit pas \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 0,08 lorsque toutes les portes sont ouvertes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. V\u00e9rifier les accessoires au hasard et prendre des photos pour la conservation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Toutes les \u00e9tiquettes sont horizontales et verticales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V. Contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9 de l'apparence<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. V\u00e9rifier la propret\u00e9 de l'ensemble de la machine, gratter le mastic et retoucher la peinture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>sur les parties bossel\u00e9es<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Utiliser du diluant pour nettoyer les parties tach\u00e9es lors de la retouche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>VI. Contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9 de la livraison<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.
